While Oklahoma Sooners head coach Bob Stoops isn't likely to tip his hand win or lose, his brother and defensive coordinator Mike Stoops was a lot more forthcoming after OU's 48-14 drubbing at the hands of the Baylor Bears.
“There’s a little separation,” Mike Stoops said of the team's current position behind Baylor in the Big 12, via Berry Tramel of NewsOK.com. “It’s players, it’s coaching, it’s matchups, that we need to change.”
While not exactly going into detail after a dismal day in Normal, Mike's more famous brother admirably took the blame for the team's woes.
“I take full responsibility,” Bob Stoops said. “It all starts with me.”
For the game itself for what has been a disappointing campaign for a team with College Football Playoff aspirations?
“All year,” Stoops said. “Whatever you want. I don’t really care.
"You decide.”
