Russell Westbrook (sore shoulder) did not practice Saturday, according to Thunder coach Billy Donovan. Donovan did not specify which shoulder Westbrook had hurt and said he didn’t know if Westbrook would be available for OKC’s home game against Phoenix Sunday.
“I think he’ll be fine,” Donovan said, adding that he won’t know for sure until Sunday.
Westbrook played his second game of the season Thursday night, after missing preseason and the first two games of regular season due to the arthroscopic knee surgery he underwent in September. In the two games since his return, a 131-120 loss to Sacramento and a 101-95 loss to Boston, Westbrook averaged 22.
