The Thunder has done away with one of its alternate jerseys.
A team official said Sunday that the Thunder will no longer wear its navy blue alternate uniform. The uniform, which debuted during the 2012 season, drew mixed reviews from fans but the team didn't provide a specific reason for it going away, but during last postseason, Kevin Durant said Russell Westbrook typically decided which alternates the team wore.
"Russ usually controls it," Durant said in April. "Russ and our equipment manager." That's not to say Westbrook nixed the navy alternates this season.
