Thunder using psychological warfare with Horford report

Teams have been mapping plans for years, covertly and overtly, to take the Thunder’s lunch money. Sign away Kevin Durant. On the eve of Durant’s walk to school, the Thunder fought back.

Who knows if the Thunder really could entice Horford, or if they could lose enough contract obligations – some combination of Enes Kanter, Dion Waiters, Kyle Singler and Ersan Ilyasova – to sign Horford?
