Thunder making 3-pointers like never before

Russell Westbrook launched a desperation, 35-foot shot just before the halftime buzzer sounded Tuesday night in the Thunder-Wizards game in Washington. It bounced off, and the Thunder had to settle for a 68-50 halftime lead. And 8-of-9 3-point shooting. Yep. That was the Thunder's only 3-point miss in the first half.

The Thunder went on to finish with 15-of-23 3-point shooting in their 125-101 rout of the Wizards, and OKC's 3-point shooting suddenly must be addressed.

Anthony Morrow, the Thunder’s resident long-ball marksman, is off to a terrible start-. Not playing much. Missed his last five 3-point shots and if 5-of-14 overall from 3-point range.
