LOS ANGELES — Life without Russell Westbrook isn't fun. Ask Steven Adams and the Thunder's offense.
The Thunder had a tough enough time getting Adams clean looks against the Lakers earlier in the week at Chesapeake Energy Arena. It was even tougher with Westbrook sidelined for the first time this season Thursday with a sprained left ankle.
Carmelo Anthony also missed the Lakers game with a sprained right ankle, and he was missed in a first half in which the Thunder struggled for shot creation outside of Paul George's individual brilliance and Jerami Grant post-ups.
