LOS ANGELES – The Thunder was already out of Portland and getting ready for its game against the Clippers on Friday when the NBA Officiating Last Two Minute Report for the Thunder’s 129-121 overtime win at Portland Thursday came out.
The report identified five incorrect non-calls in the final minute of regulation. They included an elbow by OKC forward Paul George to Portland center Jusuf Nurkic’s head and offensive goaltending by Nurkic.
Those two plays contributed to a confrontation between George and Nurkic with four seconds left in the fourth quarter that earned them offsetting technical fouls and led to Nurkic’s ejection.
