PHILADELPHIA — Russell Westbrook and Joel Embiid are not cool with each other.
Westbrook put it more colorfully: “(Expletive) no.”
The Thunder point guard was slow to get up after Embiid crashed into and landed on him in the fourth quarter of Oklahoma City's 117-115 win against the 76ers on Saturday. When Westbrook did get up, he had to be held back by his teammates.
“I don't know,” Embiid said after the game when asked what happened on the play. “I think I was going for the block and I think he lost the ball, but I was already in the air and I don't know why he was mad.
