Thunder coach Billy Donovan said rookie guard Alex Abrines should be cleared to play for the team's season opener against Philadelphia on Wednesday.

Abrines (right hip contusion) didn't play in the Thunder's final preseason game against Denver on Nov. 19. Abrines had been held out of contact drills in practice until Tuesday.

“He’s good. Hopefully everything goes well tomorrow at shootaround," Donovan said. "He did everything today. We didn’t have a lot of contact today, but he wasn’t held out of anything. He’s kinda back in and we’ll see how he feels after what he did today.
