Action came to a screeching halt after introductions at Chesapeake Energy Arena. Donnie Strack, Thunder vice president of human and player performance, talked to the game officials before both teams headed back to the locker rooms before tip-off.
The public address announcer said over the loudspeakers that the game was delayed until they received "confirmation" to proceed. About a half an hour after the scheduled start time, the game was postponed.
The game was scheduled to tip-off at 7 p.
