The Thunder lost a third straight game to the Warriors 121-106 Thursday night in Oakland.
Late game execution has plagued the Thunder for several years now. This problem seemed to hit a peak on Wednesday night when the Thunder blew a 17-point fourth quarter lead to the Clippers. The struggles continued to show against the Warriors.
OKC played a pretty solid game through the first half and even into the third quarter. They entered the last period of play with a one point lead that would quickly be taken away. Golden State’s defense turned up the heat in the fourth quarter, bottling up the Thunder’s stagnant offense.
