Thunder 2019-20 Report Card: The Final Grades Are In

At what turned out to be the likely middle point of the 2019-20 season, the Thunder were two games above .500 (17-15) and looking like first round fodder–an acceptable but not ideal outcome for a team on the precipice of a major rebuild. But as the season went on, the new cast of characters gained momentum, converting tank-enthusiasts and those in the Broken Westbrook Hearts Club into believers of the team’s worthiness as a postseason challenger. They went 23-9 over that second stretch, performing admirably on the road and putting some statement victories under their belt.
