The Bucks and the Thunder tipped off as the owners of the two best records in the NBA since the beginning of December.
Milwaukee was 33-5 in that three-month span. Oklahoma City was 30-11.
But the chasm between the title-contending Bucks and the surging Thunder is vast. And it was overwhelmingly vast Friday night at Fiserv Forum as the Bucks relentlessly bashed the Thunder 133-86.
It was the Thunder’s most lopsided loss in OKC history. Its previous worst defeat was by 42 points to the Timberwolves in 2009.
The Thunder trailed by just three points with five minutes left in the second quarter.
