Terrance Ferguson had a quick explanation for why he shot the ball so well Friday night in the Thunder’s 127-119 overtime victory against the 76ers.
“It was my daughter’s first home game, so I was excited for that,” Ferguson said. “One for the books.”
Ferguson scored a season-high 19 points on 7-of-9 shooting. He made 5-of-7 3-point attempts. Before Friday, Ferguson had made a total of five 3-pointers in his last seven games.
“I get so excited to see him make shots, because he’s one of those guys that deserves it,” Thunder point guard Chris Paul said.
