It’s happened before, but never this frequently: Steven Adams is using the Euro Step.
It’s a trickier move than it looks, often reserved for explosive guards like Russell Westbrook or rangy wings like Paul George. But three times in the last week, the 7-foot Adams has broken out the move, which is defined as taking a step in one direction with the ball, then quickly taking a second step in another direction in order to avoid a defender.
“Oh, it’s nice,” Thunder guard Dennis Schroder said. “He’s working on it in practice.
