Thunder general manager Sam Presti was announced as one of seven 2017 Oklahoma Creativity Ambassador honorees on Tuesday.
The Oklahoma Creativity Ambassadors honors the work and contributions of individuals who are among the state’s most creative leaders. Governor Mary Fallin will present Presti with his award at an awards gala on April 3 at the Civic Center Music Hall in downtown Oklahoma City.
Presti will be honored along with Gary Batton, Chief of the Choctaw Nation; Rick Bayless, chef, restaurateur and author; Chris Harrison, television host; Robert Hefner III, petroleum geologist, author and philanthropist; and Harvey Pratt, forensic artist.
