Russell Westbrook will miss Wednesday night's game in Cleveland with a left ankle sprain, but beyond that is unknown.
Westbrook suffered the sprain at 4:30 in the third quarter of the Thunder's 122-116 win against New Orleans on Monday. Westbrook did not return to the game.
The Thunder said Tuesday that Westbrook is traveling with the team to Cleveland, but wants to see over the next few days how he responds to treatment before providing a more accurate timetable for his return. The team believes the injury isn't as severe as it appeared when Westbrook limped off the floor Monday night.
