Russell Westbrook scoured the Oklahoma City area for the perfect spot for his latest venture into fashion.
He wanted something automotive-themed for the first public offering of his new line of clothing and apparel, Honor The Gift. The line prominently features racing stripes, race cars and the year "1988" – all homages to Westbrook's youth in Los Angeles, the nostalgia of the sports wear of the late 1980's and early 1990's, as well as a nod to his year of birth.
Westbrook personally scouted the city and decided on Penn Automotive on NW 39th St.
