MILWAUKEE — Before Andre Roberson even approached the free throw line, a pack of Halloween costume-clad fans in Section 221 of the BMO Harris Bradley Center had started a chant.
“Airrrrrballllll.” Swish.
“Air-Ball-An-dre.” Swish.
Roberson immediately had to get back and guard the front-runner for the NBA's Most Valuable Player award. Giannis Antetokounmpo hit a 3-point shot, but on the next Bucks possession, Roberson forced him into a missed jumper.
In the Thunder's 110-91 win Tuesday, its second in a row to close a three-game road trip, Roberson and the OKC defense helped slow Antetokounmpo and guided the team to its most convincing win of the season.
