A new center for the Thunder means a new home for Dakari Johnson.
Oklahoma City is trading Johnson to the Orlando Magic, according to a report Friday from Shams Charania of Yahoo Sports. The Magic will send guard Rodney Purvis to Oklahoma City.
Johnson played limited minutes as a rookie last season, and his role figured to be diminished by the arrival of free agent center Nerlens Noel, a center who signed with Oklahoma City earlier this month.
Purvis, a 6-foot-4 guard, is owed a little more than $1.
