The Thunder has found a landing spot for Carmelo Anthony.
On Thursday, the Thunder agreed to a deal to send Anthony and a 2022 protected first-round pick to Atlanta for Dennis Schroder and Mike Muscala, according to a report from ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski. Anthony will be waived and bought out from his $27.9 million salary and is expected to be pursued by Houston and Miami.
Chris Vivlamore of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported that Philadelphia is sending forward Justin Anderson to the Hawks and guard Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot to the Thunder to complete the deal.
