Thunder chairman Clay Bennett gave voice to small-market teams on the NBA's Board of Governors call Friday, according to an ESPN report.
ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski and Zach Lowe reported that Bennett "delivered an impassioned soliloquy" on why the league and team owners need to consider the financial and competitive implications of how a season restart will affect small-market teams.
Bennett reportedly wondered if there's a way to safely bring back all 30 teams.
The most likely plan is to resume the season at Disney World with 22 teams in late July.
