Former Thunder scout Paul Johnson was promoted last month to assistant general manager of the G League Oklahoma City Blue.
His stay in that role will be brief.
The Sacramento Kings, led by new general manager Monte McNair, have hired Johnson as director of basketball operations, ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski reported.
Johnson held the title of pro evaluation coordinator with the Thunder before being promoted to assistant general manager of the Blue.
