Screenshots of an unfamiliar Thunder jersey on appeared on Twitter Monday, and on Tuesday SportsLogos.net reported that it was a leaked alternate for the Thunder.
The jersey, which appeared in screenshots of the Academy Sports + Outdoors website, is a cross between the Thunder’s blue “Statement” jerseys and sunset “Earned Edition.” It combines the sunset color with the striped back of the “Statement” jersey.
The jersey was no longer on Academy Sports + Outdoors' website by Tuesday afternoon.
The Thunder re-introduced the sunset color to the uniform rotation last December.
