Michael Qualls has the talent but he’ll be taking an unorthodox route to fulfill his NBA dream. Qualls, formerly of the University of Arkansas, had hoped to be drafted last week. A springy scorer with top-notch athleticism, he was seen as second-round prospect to could add immense value to a team.
Unfortunately, an ACL tear during a June workout ended that possibility.
But Alex Kennedy of Basketball Insiders is reporting that Qualls might get his chance someday, thanks to the Oklahoma City Thunder:
