Thunder point guard Chris Paul will wear the word "equality" on the back of his jersey when the NBA season resumes, according to Marc Spears of The Undefeated.
Players can display social justice messages on the back of their jerseys above their number, a spot usually reserved for their last name.
Spears released a list of messages that were agreed upon by the NBA and National Basketball Players Association.
The list includes: Black Lives Matter, Say Their Names, I Can't Breathe, Vote, Justice, Peace, Love Us and Listen to Us, among several others.
