The Thunder will be a little shorthanded in its preseason opener.
The Thunder announced in pregame Wednesday that Paul George was not in attendance due to personal reasons. Head coach Billy Donovan announced that Abdul Nader (left knee soreness) will not play, but Alex Abrines will be available in limited minutes after missing much of preseason practice with back spasms. Nader and Abrines did not play in the Blue and White Scrimmage on Sunday.
Dennis Schroder, Steven Adams, Patrick Patterson, Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot and Terrance Ferguson will start for the Thunder.
