ORLANDO -- Semaj Christon doesn’t claim to have a chip on his shoulder.
He doesn’t use his late second-round draft selection as fuel for his fire. He isn’t motivated more when facing opposing point guards who were drafted well ahead of him. And he has no problem with how his entire first season as a pro was spent proving himself in the NBA D-League.
Christon just plays, regardless of his circumstances, past, present or future.
“I feel like I always play aggressive,” Christon said. “That’s just me. I feel like I’m always the underdog, so I just come out and play like that every game.
