Three years ago, there was no consensus at the top of the NBA Draft, no clear-cut No. 1 in what draftniks said was a class weak at top, but promise in the teens and 20s.
Three years isn't enough time to grade a class, but 2013 has yet to produce an All-Star. What 2013 has is players who are still developing or just beginning to break out.
The Thunder so happens to have five players from that draft.
Despite roster change via the departure of Kevin Durant in free agency and trade of Serge Ibaka, the Thunder enters the preseason with a roster that reflects its game plan of collecting young assets, assets which primarily come from the 2013 draft.
