The NBA schedules were officially released today, giving fans a look at what next season might bring for their favorite team (view the full OKC Thunder schedule here).
Given the losses of the team’s superstars Paul George and Russell Westbrook, the OKC Thunder have dropped from 27 primetime games to only three next season. In addition to that, the Thunder will not be playing on Christmas Day for the first time since 2009.
In many ways, the Thunder has been very lucky getting nine Christmas dates in 11 seasons. The Memphis Grizzlies and Charlotte Hornets have never played on the holiday while the Timberwolves and Pelicans have played twice.
