Thunder general manager Sam Presti finished second in NBA Executive of the Year voting. Results for the award were released by the league Thursday.
Lawrence Frank, the Clippers' president of basketball operations, was named Executive of the Year, as voted on by a panel of team executives across the NBA.
Frank received 10 of 29 first-place votes. Presti and Heat president Pat Riley received four first-place votes. Presti had a slight edge over Riley in total votes.
Voting was conducted based on regular-season games played through March 11. What teams did in the bubble was not considered.
