It was halftime in 2010, when Ronnie Price changed his team's fortune.
Price wouldn't be a Thunder player for another six years, but he still carried the same mentality he does today at 33. He went into the locker room and gave a rallying speech so good that coach Dick Hunsaker credited him with the team's second-half effort.
Price's former team, that is. That February in Oren, Utah, Price wasn't in uniform. Minutes before his pep talk, Price was inducted into the Utah Valley University Hall of Fame.
“It wasn't anything planned,” Price told The Oklahoman about his halftime speech.
