Kevin Hervey spent four years at UT-Arlington, one full year in the G League and another year bouncing between the Oklahoma City Blue and the Thunder on a two-way contract.
Hervey’s next stop is Krasnodar, Russia, where the 6-foot-9 forward signed a one-year deal to play for Lokomotiv Kuban in the VTB United League.
“I see it as such an opportunity to grow not only as a basketball player, but as an individual,” Hervey told The Oklahoman. “To go experience a different culture, to go see a different side of the world.”
The Thunder drafted Hervey with the 57th pick in the 2018 NBA Draft.
