Back in action for game two of the 2019 FIBA World Cup, OKC Thunder point guard Dennis Schroder and his German team battled once again right to the final seconds but the result was the same – another loss.
This time the German’s faced the Dominican Republic team who bested them by two points winning 70-68. Losing their second match in a row by so few points only served to deepen the pain as this result no doubt ruined all expectations for the Germans to win their Group and advance for an opportunity to win the World Cup 2019 title.
