For the third time, this season the OKC Thunder suffered a defeat courtesy of the Minnesota Timberwolves. The T-Wolves throttled the Thunder 131-120, and it was not that close. Once Minnesota recaptured the lead with 2:04 to go in the first period they did not surrender it again.
With the margin of victory being 11, Minnesota more than doubled the cumulative total (four) of their previous two defeats of Oklahoma City this season.
The lone bright spot for Oklahoma City was the return of All-Star Paul George. PG scored 25-points, but it took him 25-shots to get there, hence he was not efficient.
