Tonight, the current front runner for the MVP defeated Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Milwaukee Bucks, 118-112. That’s right, I went there. Okay maybe I’m a little biased, but it’s hard to argue that he’s not at least in the hunt after the performance we saw tonight for the OKC Thunder.
The Thunder defense held their ground against the Milwaukee superstar, holding him to zero made field goals on six attempts in the first half, the longest drought for Antetokounmpo in that time period in over three years. OKC also recorded seven blocks against him, the most by any team on a player this season.
