The Oklahoma City Blue should have fouled, and probably should have lost to the Reno Bighorns.
Instead, when the buzzer sounded, Thunder second-round pick Daniel Hamilton was getting mobbed by teammates.
He had his first triple-double, and his first improbable game-winner as a professional.
Hamilton scored four points in the final five seconds of the Blue’s 109-108 win over Reno on Wednesday at the Cox Convention Center, as Oklahoma City capitalized Reno’s erratic free throw shooting and one major turnover.
Reno led 106-105 with 42.6 seconds left, but made just 2-of-4 from the free throw line to close the game.
