Norris Cole once hurt the Thunder's championship hopes

Norris Cole has joined the Thunder. I assume he’ll be the offensive backup point guard; Semaj Christon has been really good on defense, but his offense is lacking. And with all the new weapons at Billy Donovan’s disposal, the Thunder second unit can be awfully productive. Enes Kanter, Doug McDermott, Alex Abrines, eventually Domantas Sabonis. That’s a good bench, if it’s got a floor general.

Maybe that can be Cole. Come the playoffs, my money is on Victor Oladipo playing a lot of point guard with the second unit. Come off the floor early in the first quarter, let Abrines play with the starters, then Oladipo returns to replace Russell Westbrook as the point guard.
