The Thunder informed its season ticket holders on Tuesday that no fans will be allowed at Thunder home games for the rest of the 2020-21 season.
“The decision was based on several factors,” an email to season ticket holders read. “The ultimate one being that the overall health and safety of our fans and our community is the most important thing to us.”
The decision comes on the same day when the Philadelphia 76ers announced that they are welcoming fans back to their arena. More than half of the league’s teams will have fans in attendance for the second half of the season.
