New Thunder guard Shai Gilgeous-Alexander showing aggressiveness early on

The halftime buzzer sounded with the Thunder ahead by 27. The game, if you could call it that, was over against the New Zealand Breakers, except Shai Gilgeous-Alexander wasn’t content.

Steven Adams and Chris Paul were hanging around halfcourt chatting casually, but Gilgeous-Alexander was lobbying to an official about what he thought was a missed foul call the previous possession. "He hit my arm," Gilgeous-Alexander said. His temperature never reached a boiling point, but it was clear the 21-year-old was frustrated after a 1-of-5 first half.

"I didn’t like the way I started," Gilgeous-Alexander said after the Thunder’s 110-84 preseason win.
