NBADL: Vipers top Blue to force Game 3

Oklahoma City couldn't match Rio Grande Valley's hot shooting night in Game 2 of the NBA D-League Western Conference Finals on Sunday.

Rio Grande Valley forced a series-deciding Game 3 with a 118-105 win over the Blue at the Cox Convention Center.

The Vipers never trailed, leading by as many as 18 points. Rio Grande Valley shot 52 percent from the floor to OKC's 38 percent.

The Blue started cold before shooting 50 percent from the floor in the second. Despite the offensive boost, Rio Grande Valley extended its lead to 56-47 by halftime.

The Vipers continued to push the pace in the second half, tying the series 1-1 with the double-digit win.
