In the wake of stars demanding trades across the league in the past year, capped by Paul George requesting a trade to the Clippers last week, NBA commissioner Adam Silver said change is coming.
Speaking to the media in Las Vegas at his annual July press conference on Tuesday, Silver said the trade demands are “disheartening” and that they have to be “addressed” in some manner.
Silver also commented on potential rules changes regarding tampering, saying “the one strong conviction I have is that we should not have rules that are not strictly enforced.
