NBA All-Star ballot officially opens: Vote OKC Thunder

Even though Russell Westbrook and Paul George should be a lock for the All-Star game, it’s still up to Thunder fans to vote them in. And despite the NBA continuing to include players and media in the vote, fan voting can’t be overlooked.

This year will be the second season the NBA will do the school-yard pick in which two designated captains will select their starting five from a field of all-stars voted upon by the fans, players and coaches. The fans will account for 50 percent of the voting, while the players and media each have 25 percent apiece.
