The NBA released its 2019-20 schedule Monday at afternoon.
OKC will open the season at Utah on Oct. 23. The Thunder’s home opener will be Oct. 25 against the Wizards.
Paul George's return to OKC with the Clippers is scheduled for Dec. 22. George's July trade request, to join then-free agent Kawhi Leonard, kicked off OKC's roster overhaul this summer.
Russell Westbrook is scheduled to return to Oklahoma City for the first time as a Rocket on Jan. 9, as The Athletic’s Shams Charania reported last week. As a part of the aforementioned overhaul, OKC traded Westbrook to Houston for veteran point guard Chris Paul, two first-rounds picks (2024 and 2026) and two first-round pick swaps (2021 and 2025).
