CLEVELAND – Riding the longest winning streak of its early season, the 17-8 Thunder is rolling into Cleveland to take on the 16-7 Cleveland Cavaliers in what will be a clash between two of the best teams in the NBA.
After back-to-back wins over the Utah Jazz, the Thunder put together an emphatic victory at Chesapeake Energy Arena over its Northwest Division rival Portland Trail Blazers on Wednesday night. A dominant performance was highlighted by runs by both the starters and the second unit, and it was critical that the Thunder make it a full team win considering the long flight to Cleveland awaiting it after the final buzzer sounded.
