Raymond Felton was all the way out of the Thunder locker room. Not a foot or a body length. The 33-year-old veteran point guard was down the hallway of Chesapeake Energy Arena when he was called back to speak with the media.
Of course Felton obliged. On a night when Russell Westbrook dominated and Steven Adams gobbled up seemingly every offensive rebound, Felton was selected to represent the second-unit's work.
It's a unit Thunder coach Billy Donovan has given every opportunity to shine on its own, trusting five reserves at a time to hold serve while Westbrook, Adams, Carmelo Anthony, Paul George and Andre Roberson rest.
