Corey Brewer had never watched basketball so early, but there he was at 6:30 a.m. watching Game 1 of the NBA Finals, 8,000 miles from Oklahoma City.
For the past week, Brewer was a neophyte to NBA in the morning and the scorching summer sun of New Delhi, India. But the Thunder wing is a veteran of the Basketball Without Borders circuit.
Brewer was one of a handful of professional players to participate in the second edition of Basketball Without Borders in India, one of the NBA's most highly targeted markets as it continues to expand its fan base globally.
