Chris Paul's future in Oklahoma City was uncertain from the day he was traded from the Rockets to the Thunder in July.
But almost seven months later, Paul is an All-Star and the leader of the 30-20 Thunder.
As the Thursday afternoon NBA trade deadline approaches, Paul was asked Monday if he wants the Thunder to stay intact.
"Absolutely," Paul said. "Why wouldn't I?"
"I don’t think I’ve ever been on a team where I was like yeah, we need to just …" Paul stopped as he drew laughs. "Yeah, no. Just never been the case.
