A shirtless Carmelo Anthony sat at his locker, looking over his phone, for what seemed like 30 minutes. Maybe he was trying to outwait the media horde that was interviewing Thunder players after a 108-105 loss to Portland on Sunday night. Maybe Carmelo was contemplating a frustrating night in which he made just three of 13 shots, including none of eight from outside the paint, three of which were open 3-pointers in crunch time, to go with a turnover in the final 10 seconds and the Thunder down two.
I wrote about Carmelo for the Monday Oklahoman, which you can read here.
