There are a handful of Ohio State Buckeyes players who are ticketed for a first-round pick in the 2016 NFL Draft, with the likes of Joey Bosa and Darron Lee readying to take the NFL by storm.
We've decided to compile Mock Draft info from four sources (ESPN, NFL.com, CBS, and, yours truly, Chat Sports) to give you a broad picture of the selections and destinations NFL experts are projecting for Ohio State's top NFL prospects.
(Note: All below selections are from the first round only. N/A denotes that the player wasn't picked in the first by that analyst)
OLB Joey Bosa
ESPN's Mel Kiper Jr. (#6 overall, Baltimore Ravens):
"He comes in with the ability to immediately upgrade the pass rush, and unlike many rookies who can get after the passer, Bosa is also a dynamic run defender."
NFL.com's Daniel Jeremiah (#5 overall, Jacksonville Jaguars)
"The Jaguars need to address the defense and Bosa could team up with last year's top pick, Dante Fowler Jr., to produce a dynamic pass rush."
CBS Sports' Dane Brugler (#4 overall, Dallas Cowboys)
"The Cowboys need to address the defensive line this offseason and if Bosa is still available at pick No. 4, but I don't think he'll still be around at pick No. 5. Bosa would be an ideal fit at left end in Rod Marinelli's scheme with Demarcus Lawrence and Randy Gregory rushing off the right side."
Chat Sports' Tom Downey (#3 overall, New Orleans Saints)
"The Chargers won't add a safety, TE or center this early, although those are their biggest team needs. Adding an offensive tackle does fill a major need, but the team might prefer to add another pass rusher. I don't view Bosa as a strong fit for the 3-4 defense, but San Diego might not feel the same way."
Average Draft Positioning: 4.5 overall

CB Eli Apple
ESPN's Mel Kiper Jr. (#14 overall, Oakland Raiders):
"Cornerback is a major need for the Raiders, which should be addressed in free agency and the draft. Apple is going to deal with some growing pains because he needs to be better from a technical standpoint and not so reliant on his physical ability, but he has coveted above-average size and tremendous potential."
NFL.com's Daniel Jeremiah (#30 overall, Carolina Panthers)
"Apple has great size and he would fit well into the scheme in Carolina."
CBS Sports' Dane Brugler (#25 overall, Pittsburgh Steelers)
"All 32 teams need cornerback help, but maybe none more than the Steelers. Apple tends to play too hands-on downfield, but for a 20-year old prospect, he has the size and speed to develop into an impact starter."
Chat Sports' Tom Downey (#25 overall, Pittsburgh Steelers)
"Corner is a big need for the Steelers and Apple is a worthy of a first round pick. Expect this pick to be spent on the defensive side of the ball. Pittsburgh has neglected the CB position for too long."
Average Draft Positioning: 23.5 overall
LB Darron Lee
ESPN's Mel Kiper Jr.
(Not listed)
NFL.com's Daniel Jeremiah (#11 overall, Chicago Bears)
"The Bears need to add some speed and athleticism to the linebacker spot and Lee is supremely explosive."
CBS Sports' Dane Brugler (#17 overall, Atlanta Falcons)
"The Falcons hope to add speed on defense, especially at the linebacker level and although Lee is still raw in areas, he has the athleticism to see the field as a rookie."
Chat Sports' Tom Downey (#17 overall, Atlanta Falcons)
"The Falcons need help at linebacker and Lee is a Top 20 talent. He's a similar player to Ryan Shazier and would be a strong fit for the Falcons."
Average Draft Positioning: 15 overall + 1 first-round miss
RB Ezekiel Elliott
ESPN's Mel Kiper Jr. (#22 overall, Houston Texans):
"Elliott can come in and provide a lot of what (Arian) Foster has done so well -- a complete back who gets downhill and offers a consistent weapon in the passing game with great hands. Elliott is also an extraordinary blocker and a quarterback's best friend, whomever that QB is."
NFL.com's Daniel Jeremiah (#14 overall, Oakland Raiders)
"Oakland has a solid young running back in Latavius Murray, but Elliot is an elite talent and too good to pass up."
CBS Sports' Dane Brugler (#18 overall, Indianapolis Colts)
"Indianapolis needs to improve the offensive and defensive lines, but the Colts have surprised in the first round the last few years and could again this year. Elliott isn't quite on the Todd Gurley level, but he's a complete back and will greatly help Andrew Luck and the passing game."
Chat Sports' Tom Downey (#22 overall, Houston Texans)
"There aren't any QBs worth taking here, although that is the Texans' biggest need. If the team does end up cutting Arian Foster, they'll need a new RB. Elliott is easily the best one in the draft."
Average Draft Positioning: 19 overall
OT Taylor Decker
ESPN's Mel Kiper Jr. (#31 overall, Denver Broncos):
"The Broncos should be better along the offensive line in Year 2 of Gary Kubiak's tenure, and Decker is the kind of athlete and run-blocker who can thrive in Kubiak's system."
NFL.com's Daniel Jeremiah (#22 overall, Houston Texans)
"The Texans could look at a WR here, but Decker is a plug-and-play starter at tackle."
CBS Sports' Dane Brugler (#16 overall, Detroit Lions)
"Decker is a plug-and-play option on the offensive line, which would address the Lions' issues at right tackle. With Calvin Johnson possibly retiring, keep an eye on Laquon Treadwell to Detroit if he lasts this far."
Chat Sports' Tom Downey (#13 overall, Philadelphia Eagles)
"The Eagles need offensive line help, and Decker can play guard or tackle for the team. Guard is the bigger need, as the Eagles were terrible at that spot this year. A QB is an option if the team doesn't address that need in free agency."
Average Draft Positioning: 20.5 overall
S Vonn Bell
ESPN's Mel Kiper Jr.
(Not listed)
NFL.com's Daniel Jeremiah (#24 overall, Cincinnati Bengals)
"Bell lacks ideal size, but he's very instinctive and he gets his hands on a lot of footballs."
CBS Sports' Dane Brugler (#28 overall, Kansas City Chiefs)
"Depending on how free agency shakes out, safety might be near the top of the needs list for the Chiefs, making Bell a natural fit with his coverage skills."
Chat Sports' Tom Downey
(Not listed in first round)
Average Draft Positioning: 26 overall + 2 first-round misses
WR Braxton Miller
ESPN's Mel Kiper Jr.
(Not listed)
NFL.com's Daniel Jeremiah
(Not listed)
CBS Sports' Dane Brugler (#24 overall, Cincinnati Bengals)
"With Marvin Jones and Mohamed Sanu set to hit free agency, the Bengals could have a need at receiver this off-season. A former quarterback, Miller, who grew up about an hour outside of Cincinnati, is still very raw as a wideout, but his special athleticism was on display at the Senior Bowl."
